sees the sun going down
and the eyes in his head
see the world spinning 'round . . ."
The Beatles are probably the most amazing pop group that ever existed. Each member of the group went his separate way in 1969 -- thirty-seven years ago. Even prior to that, they had stopped touring and had spent the last few years of their careers as Beatles in the studio experimenting with different sounds and methods of producing them.
Yet, the group's popularity never faded. Generation after generation of fans of all nationalities have discovered their music, appreciated the "boys'" individual and collective talents, rejoiced in their triumphs, and shared in their sorrows.
All of us, who were there from the beginning, felt Ringo's discomfort before and after his tonsilectomy, took sides when Paul decided to get merried, and were affected deeply by the tragedy of John's assasination. And even more of us wept when George succumbed to cancer.
This site is dedicated to the memory of a rock 'n roll group that will never be equaled and to the joyful continuation of the music and the spirit through Paul and Ringo.
